“The Hunt for Purple October”

Scavenger Hunt

Saturday 10/23, 1-5pm

Be part of the Saint Rose team in this city-wide domestic violence

scavenger hunt! Registration is $5 per person, with all proceeds to

benefit the Safe Haven program. A shuttle will transport students to the meeting point at McGeary’s Pub (4 Clinton Square).

encouraged to wear purple to honor survivors of domestic violence

“Cupcakes for a Cause” Cupcake Social

Wednesday 10/27, Campus Green, 11-2pm

Join us on the lawn for an afternoon

cupcake social! Coccadotts cupcake truck will be here selling their delicious treats.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to help survivors of domestic violence.

“Every Sole Has a Story” Exhibit - Mon 10/25– Fri 10/29 - EAC Atrium

This student-made artistic project of decorated shoes to educate, and to give voice to survivors’ stories will be on display all week long. Check it out before it’s too late!

“A Celebration of CVSVC” Art show + Opening Night Gallery Reception

Friday 10/29, 6-9pm — Upstate Artists Guild, Free (Donation Suggested)

An art exhibit featuring work inspired by the Albany County Crime Victim & Sexual Violence Center’s service to the community for the past 35 years. Come see art made by survivors of assault, local artists, and Saint Rose students!
