The Capital Region Chapter of NYMHCA is having a meeting on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This will take place at St. Anne Institute, 160 North Main Avenue, Albany, NY 12206. We would be happy to welcome St. Rose Counseling students to the meeting. Our chapter can be found on Facebook by searching on the main page of Facebook for "Capital Region NYMHCA". We also could be found on www.nymhca.org and people may click the "Regional Chapters" link to then find us as "Capital Region Chapter".
We have recently been getting the Capital Region going again, after it had not been actively running for a few years. As new students are entering counseling graduate programs and graduating students are entering the field, we are finding a new energy and excitement for this Chapter. We encourage students to attend a couple of meetings to learn what this is all about. Thank you for passing on this information. Let me know if there is anything we may be able to offer to students.
