McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act

Attend a FREE informational workshop at Capital Region BOCES on the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act outlines the educational rights of students experiencing homelessness (from NYS-TEACHS website). To register for the free workshop at Capital Region BOCES on February 5th from 1-3 pm or attend free workshops at other area BOCES, please register online at NYS-TEACHS.

    This workshop was so informational and very benefical in learning how to serve the homeless youth population effectively.
