Some CSSA alumni have come together to form a group through Alumni Relations for the purpose of networking and scholarship. Through this group a $250 professional development award has been created. This award can be used toward costs related to attending a professional conference, interview attire, or training or certification courses. Basically, the award can be used to help sponsor almost any professional development oppurtunity related to th field of higher education.
One $250 may be awarded per year.
Requirements:
At least 18 credits completed in program
Completed application
Essay (no more than 500 words) describing why you chose to pursue a career in student affairs
Short answer (100 words or less) explaining how you intend to "give back" to SRGC3
