ETHICS SPECIALIST
The American Counseling Association, the world’s largest not-for-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement of professional counselors, seeks an Ethics Specialist for our busy Ethics & Professional Standards Department in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities include addressing ethical inquiries via phone and email, processing ethical complaint adjudication paperwork, assisting with various committee and task force projects, and providing support at the annual conference. The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree in Counseling, have excellent verbal & written skills, be a multi-tasker and a quick learner, utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills, be social media savvy, and fully versed in Word and Excel. 1-2 years of professional experience a plus.
